Programme Details

Meetings Structure

  • 5 Meetings (online or face-to-face)
  • 1st meeting: 60-90 minutes (in-depth health discussion)
  • 4 subsequent meetings: 30 minutes each (ideally fortnightly)

Pre-Programme Prep

  • Blood test recommendation (optional)
  • Blood work analysis (optional)
  • Detailed questionnaire completion
  • 3-day food diary submission

Post-First Meeting Deliverables

  • Personalised eating plan
  • Guidance on what, when, and how to eat
  • Supplement recommendations (if needed)
