8 Week Weight Loss Programme

Embark on a transformative journey to better health with our comprehensive 8 Week Weight Loss Programme. This personalised plan combines expert guidance, tailored nutrition advice, and ongoing support to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Through a series of one-on-one meetings, detailed health assessments, and customised strategies, we'll work together to create lasting changes in your diet, lifestyle, and overall well-being.

Programme Details:

  • 5 Meetings (online or face-to-face)
  • 1st meeting: 60-90 minutes, covering an in-depth discussion about your health and any health questions
  • 4 subsequent meetings: 30 minutes each, ideally fortnightly (timing at client's discretion)

Pre-Programme Preparations:

  • Blood test recommendation (optional) – List of tests provided for your GP/Practice Nurse
  • Blood work analysis (optional)
  • Detailed questionnaire to be completed and analysed before first meeting
  • 3-day food diary to be kept and submitted before first meeting

After First Meeting, You Will Receive:

  • Personalised eating plan suited to your likes, needs, and requirements
  • Instructions on how to eat, what to eat, and when to eat
  • Supplement recommendations based on your specific blood work and personal requirements

Areas Covered:

  • 1:1 coaching for motivation and accountability
  • Gut healing
  • Inflammation (anti-inflammatory food recommendations)
  • Food intolerances/allergies
  • Lifestyle and stress support

During the 2 months, you will have ongoing support via text/email or phone call if required.
